Bootcamp Pass – 6 Sessions



Female-specific training including fat-blasting leg circuits and toning arms and core! All this with a great group of ladies for extra motivation, support and friendship.

All fitness levels welcome.




Note: Your pass is non-refundable but will only expire after 365 days from when you purchase it so you can always take a break and come back when you are ready. We train year round except for the holidays and my winter break (usually in August).

Session Times: 6:15pm Tuesdays (Beginner-Intermediate), 6:30pm Wednesdays (Intermediate-Advanced), sessions run 30 minutes
