What you need to know about our bootcamps:


  • All bootcamps are currently held indoors in my private studio (my garage which I’ve converted into a gym) and usually run in a circuit style fashion focusing on those troublesome areas women like to target.


  • Groups are no bigger than 8 ladies which means you get lots of individual attention and instruction. In fact, this is one of the things women say they like the most about our training sessions.


  • We incorporate weight training in all of our workouts because this is often the only chance women get to weight train during the week. While most women can do cardio on their own, they don’t often get the chance to do weight training. This is another thing that women say they love about our sessions!


  • Many of our ladies have been coming to sessions for 2-3 years so this isn’t just a chance to train but a good way to make lasting friendships. Even though we have some advanced ladies you’ll find they are very welcoming and helpful!


  • You are welcome to try a class for $10 before purchasing a bootcamp pass.If you are interested in trying a class, please contact me so I know you are coming. Passes cost either $85 for 6 sessions or $115 for 10 sessions. Sessions are only marked off as you attend. They expire after 365 days.


If you want to work with a trainer who really gets women’s bodies as well as make some new friendships, our bootcamps are perfect for you. We welcome beginners. Be sure you get in touch if you have any questions and we hope to meet you soon!


Commonly Asked Questions

What if I can't come every week - will my pass expire?

Your pass is valid for a year after you purchase it so if you get busy or take a holiday, just come back to us when you can.

What level of fitness do I need?

You don’t have to be super fit to join us but you should have a basic level of fitness. If you have never done an exercise program or it’s been a long time since you’ve exercised, contact me to discuss whether the bootcamps are suitable for you. Some women prefer to sign up for a private personal training package or small group training sessions to start until they feel more confident to join the bootcamps.

What's the average age?

Our ladies range from early 20s through to about 50 years old. Some of our oldest ladies are our fittest so age really doesn’t matter!

What's your refund policy?

Unfortunately there’s no refund once you’ve purchased your pass but you can transfer it to someone else. If you want to try before you buy, you can purchase a one-off pass. Please contact me for more information.

Small Group Training


Can’t fit bootcamps into your schedule?

That’s cool. I completely understand and that’s why I’m now offering small group sessions where you train with 2 other women at the same ability, weight and age as you. Because small group sessions are so motivating and fun (and at only slightly more cost than a bootcamp session), they are very popular! I only offer registration a couple times a year so follow the link below for more information and get in touch with me if you are interested.
