My goal, and the reason I started Revive, is to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom and with other women who will help you on that journey.

Hi. I’m Melanie. I’m a personal trainer, nutrition coach and blogger.
When I’m not working, I’m usually at the gym or spending time outdoors – riding my bike or walking. Quite honestly, I work a lot because when I’m not with clients, I’m researching and writing on my blog (and kicking back with a good coffee or cup of tea). My blog is called Female Fitness Systems and covers topics like weight loss, nutrition, hormone balance, supplements and training.
I’ve struggled with many of the things you are dealing with and I can help with all sorts of female troubles including period problems, fertility, thyroid, PCOS, digestion, weight loss plateaus and sluggish metabolisms. You can read more about my story here.
